After crashing her car, a young blond looks for help at a somber mansion nearby, "La Escondida," where Samuel lives - the ambitious pianist who sold his soul to the devil for fame and fortune. But every time Samuel plays the composition that wins him fame and fortune he turns into a hideous beast with a lust for murder. Ricardo, a guest at a nearby hotel, sneaks into the mansion to fight Samuel, who refuses to stop playing the composition that turns him into a monster, so he can maintain his status as the world's most acclaimed pianist.
